Arranging Viewings

Viewings are by appointment only.
While you are welcome to view our tillandsia growing facilities, please note that our indoor plants are located at separate facilities and may not be accessible for viewing.

Shipping Policy
At Drift and Bloom, we strive to ensure that your orders are processed and delivered in a timely manner. Here are the details regarding our shipping process:
Dispatch Days: For all orders outside of Gauteng, we dispatch packages on Mondays and Tuesdays. This scheduling helps us ensure that your order reaches you within the same week, minimizing the time your items spend in transit.
Delivery Times:
Outside Gauteng: Deliveries can take 1 to 5 working days to reach you, depending on your location and the courier service used.
Within Gauteng: Deliveries typically take 1 to 2 working days, allowing for quicker service.
We recommend placing your orders early in the week to take advantage of our dispatch schedule. If you have any questions or need assistance with your order, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our customer service team.

Returns & Refunds
At Drift & Bloom, we take great care to ensure our plants and products reach you in excellent condition. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, please review our returns policy below:
Eligibility for Returns
All return or exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Items must be returned in the same condition they were delivered, with no signs of use or damage.
Plants and plant accessories must be securely repackaged in their original packaging to prevent damage during return shipping.
Please provide your order or invoice number when submitting a return request.
Courier & Return Costs
Customers are responsible for all courier fees related to a return.
Drift & Bloom will cover return shipping costs only in cases where an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as described.
If a return is requested for reasons other than product issues (e.g., change of mind), courier costs remain the customer’s responsibility.
Refunds & Fees
If a refund is approved for a non-faulty product, a 10% processing fee will be deducted to cover payment gateway charges from the original transaction.
Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been inspected and approved.
Depending on the situation, we may offer a refund, replacement, or store credit as the most suitable solution.
Important Note
Because plants are living products, we cannot accept returns outside of the 48-hour window.
Returns that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted.
